Requesting a repair
Text or email is best. Tell us what is wrong, which room, and send a photo if you can. We confirm we got it, then line up a licensed contractor and tell you who is coming and when.
Routine repairs are scheduled around the contractor’s availability, usually within a few days. Urgent problems come first.Good to know
TrashThere is a dumpster on site. Household trash goes in it, bagged.
PowerDuke Energy serves these homes. Residents set up the account in their own name.
