About us
Yadkin Valley Living is a family-owned rental company in Yadkin County, North Carolina. We own two homes on rural land in Boonville and we rent them out ourselves: one with three bedrooms, one with two.
Christopher Ford runs it with his wife Nikki, alongside a full-time career. That means we are small on purpose. It also means the person who signs your lease is the person who picks up the phone.
Our roots
Rolling foothills, farmland, vineyards, and small towns. We rent here because we live here.
How we operate
01We keep the homes upRepairs get made. We would rather spend money on the home than on a management company.
02We price fairly and say so up frontThe rent on the listing is the rent. Deposits and terms are written in the lease.
03We apply the same standards to everyoneOne written application, the same criteria for every applicant. We follow fair housing law.
